The 16th International University Festival of Performing Arts, organised by the Université d’Artois (Arras, North of France) kicks off on Friday 22nd March 2013 and will run till Friday 29th March.

The opening evening will be held in Culture Commune, Scène Nationale du Bassin Minier du Pas-de-Calais. Two emerging outdoor arts companies from Amiens-based Université Picardie Jules Verne, noticed on the Rue est à Amiens festival last June 2012 will present their shows : CaBaret GraBuge company with "Les Chevaliers Pillards aux Portes de Munich", and l’Equipage with "T’es qui toi ?".

Their involvement, just like the involvement from the University of Winchester students in last year’s festival, highlights the links developed as part of ZEPA, between the partners and the universities, that will get even strengther on the next phase for ZEPA, likely start in July 2013 till December 2014 (subject to funding).
