Z’arts Up had a strong European focus for its 2010 edition: for instance, it brought a major emphasis on ZEPA, and the festival programme was translated in English; but it is also the involvement of 5 British companies, in Béthune and its surrounding areas, that provided that much appreciated “British touch”.
