Wet Picnic at Rebreuve-Ranchicourt

Everything starts with a sliding table.

A crestfallen pilot is sitting down like a caricature of a depressed partygoer. He is wearing a birthday hat. But he is not up to party. We follow the table; it looks like a small procession almost solemn.

Then, the table stops. And everything is back to life.

It is an anniversary ! Stampedes, chases, excesses and hysteria of every sort follow one another. You should have seen their faces ! Incredible images as tributes to Gai-Luron and Mr. Bean !

Everything is alive, vibrating, overflowing. Everybody runs, jumps, screams.

We are invited to offer presents, dance and laugh. We give the presents! And a giant rabbit in need of affection appears from the table! It is a bunch of bodies, running colors and magic confetti.

Everything disappears. Our host is alone again. The table is moving away as it came, but alone with its dreamy and lonely captain.
