Since 2012, from late February to early March, the Quartz - Scène Nationale of Brest, in collaboration with different cultural organisations from Brest, organises a one-week Festival entirely dedicated to dance. Since 2008, The National Centre for Street Arts le Fourneau and its birthplace town, le Relecq-Kerhuon, have been working together to develop a common area to experiment and create street theatre. Initiated by Morlaix Communauté and the National Centre for Street Arts le Fourneau, le Mai des Arts du Pays de Morlaix is a journey in the heart of the 28 councils of the community. « Nevez amzer ar ribinou » is an artistic journey in 13 episodes which began in spring 2009 thanks to the complicity of the Communauté de Communes and of the National Centre for Street Arts Le Fourneau. After 10 years in la Garenne, The National Centre for Street Arts le Fourneau moved in 2010 to a new 3000 m2 space entirely dedicated to street artists: Le Verger, a result of a partnership with the association Les Vieilles Charrues.
