After having worked with Winchester in 2010 and Great Yarmouth in 2011, Daniel Andrieu, Director of the Atelier 231, has collaborated this year with Dave Reeves and Veronica Stephens from Zap Art in Brighton, another partner of the ZEPA network, to create this 3rd edition of the Fish & Chips festival.
