First time at the Brighton Festival for Générik Vapeur. So they might as well create a unforgettable experience...and they did! This weekend, on 27th and 28th May 2011, the French company presented two of their established shows, Drôles d’Oiseaux (UK premiere) and Bivouac. The former at the heart of the city, the latter in Whitehawk, a surrounding council estate.

And the audience of the famous East Sussew seaside resort will remember them for a while, like Kimi, who became a fan of the company: “I recently volunteered with Générik Vapeur at the Brighton Festival (Droles & Bivouac). I had such a great time performing with them and am interested in being involved in the show with them again in Newhaven on the 16th july if possible...”

Relive in pictures the company’s cars and blue men through the Brighton streets and surroundings.
