“D-Day-1”, artists and technicians arrive gradually, invest places and bustle about each from one’s side, ready to make of this Fish & Chips’ 2nd edition a Franco-Bristish street arts’ beautiful meeting.

Having worked several weeks to realize their luxurious and ambitious scenography les Plastiqueurs refines the last adjustments with the video director NikOdiO. From their side, the Strangelings carry out, inside, the catering space decoration with the installation of the Red Lion Pub, as last year.

The atmosphere is festive. French and English is spoken at tables during lunchtime where a little more people come everyday. The British people monopolize the place, Both surrounding speakers placed on the bar plays “20th Century boy” from T-Rex, Cerrone’s synthetic music, “Don’t Stop ‘til you get enough” from Mickael Jackson…No doubt: the British people landed!

Meanwhile, the British company The Grand Theatre of Lemmings takes advantage of its venue to work with Samuel Gardes, a Rouen-based actor and musician, on their new creation “The descent of a man”.

Appointment is made tomorrow from 3.pm for the festivities’ beginning!
