Every first Saturday in July, Guipavas Council and the National Creation Centre for Street arts Le Fourneau invite an internationally renown company for a spectacular event at the hear of town. In 2011, French company Transe Express will be presenting Lâcher de Violons et de Divas in the skys and pavement of Guipavas.

Lâcher de Violons was created in 1999 at Le Fourneau and is now back, 12 years later, with a unique version of the show staging three of the most impressive characters: three giant doll-divas, specially built for the Chilean festival Santiago a Mil in January 2011. So it is a national premiere for the show, held as part of the 3rd edition of Temps Bourg in Guipavas. Around 20 musicians, mainly from the Plougastel-based Bagad (Britanny traditional bag-pipe band) will also be involved in Transe Express’s amazing walkabout.
