The 15th edition of the Artois International University performing arts festival will be held in Arras from 21st to 30th Mars 2012.
On that occasion, the Festival gives carte blanche to the Winchester University and to the company Hotch Potch. On Wednesday 21st March at 6pm, the company will perform Ka-Dunk-A-Junk. First created, in the Winchester Bachelor of Street Arts, the walkabout show was then developed by the Hotch Potch company, made up of 6 actors/musicians.
During the Festival, the Artois University will also provide a platform for reflection and exchange with professionals. On Thursday 22th March, from 10am, will be held a seminar on street arts, two partners of the ZEPA network will speak in the meeting: Chantal Lamarre, Culture Commune’s Director and Phillippe Macret, Le Hangar’s Director. John Lee, Winchester Bachelor of Street Arts’ Director and Amos Fergombé, Culture Officer at Artois University will also take part in the seminar.
