The city of Carvin, located in the Pas-de-Calais department in Northern France, is hosting for the eighth consecutive year the Eclectiques festival, from 12th to 15th July 2012.
Four days, which promise to be explosive!
Street theater, dance, circus, music: twenty shows will take place over all the festival.
On Friday night, the festival-goers will have the pleasure to meet the three dynamic executives of Compagnie N°8 with their show, Donnez-nous votre argent. In 2011, the company worked on their show Homo Sapiens Burocraticus with 12 students from the Bachelor of Street Arts at the University of Winchester.
On Saturday and Sunday, two other ZEPA companies will perform: Dizzy O’Dare (for the very first time in France) and our awkward clown Pete Sweet who will also take part in Les Rias, street theatre festival that will take place in Brittany from 28th August to 2nd September.
