Unmissable event for any street-arts professionals and enthusiasts, the festival is an opportunity for the artists to take over the town, its public spaces, local areas and unusual places for 3 days...the life of the town is theirs and the spectactors enjoy discovering it again through a different angle !
Viva Cité Tuesdays : 4 specific events per year
Since 1995, to spread street-arts across the various areas of town, Sotteville-lès-Rouen Council and Atelier 231 have organised the Mardis de Viva Cité (Viva Cité Tuesday) : 4 events throughout the year, before and after the festival, 2 in Spring and 2 in Autumn.
